How does the free trial work?

You pick Essential or Pro and use it free for 30 days, with no credit card. If you add a payment method before it ends, you get 30% off your first 2 months; if you do not add a payment method, your account is paused: your menus stop being visible until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. Cancel anytime.

Do I need a credit card?

No. You can create your account and publish your menu without entering any payment method.

Can I set everything up manually, without using Mise?

Yes. Mise is optional: you can set up your account, your restaurant, and your menu by hand, step by step, whenever you want.

What happens when I want to take orders?

With Essential you take orders through WhatsApp, and with Pro you activate Integrated Checkout: both are available during your 30-day free trial. You can change plans whenever you want.

Does my QR code change if I upgrade?

Never. It is the same QR code from the moment you create your account until you change plans. You never have to reprint anything.

Can I print my menu on paper?

Yes. You can export your menu as a PDF from the dashboard anytime and print it on paper, included in all plans.

Does it work in my country and in my language?

Yes. TuMenu is available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with regional pricing for your country.

What is Mise?

Mise is TuMenu's AI assistant, inside your account. You chat with Mise and it sets up your account, your restaurant, and your menu, for example by loading your menu from a photo or PDF.

Does Mise cost anything?

Mise is included in your plan. AI dish photos and assisted menu upload by our team are paid separately, and Mise shows you the price first.

What happens to my data if I use Mise?

Mise acts only with your permissions and asks for confirmation before deleting or making bulk changes. Your messages and files are processed by an external AI provider to give you the service, and the history is deleted along with your account.
