By accessing and using the TuMenu platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the service.
TuMenu is a digital platform that allows restaurants and gastronomic businesses to create, manage and display digital menus for their customers. The service operates under a subscription model, with different plans and features according to the contracted plan.
To use the service, the user must create an account providing true and updated information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out from their account.
Access to digital menus and features is subject to an active subscription. If a payment is not detected or the subscription is cancelled, the account will not be deleted, but the user will lose access to the menus until the payment is regularized.
TuMenu offers technical support via email (contact@tumenu.promo) and WhatsApp (+54 9 11 5052 8923). Support is provided within reasonable hours.
The user is responsible for the content they upload to the platform. TuMenu is not responsible for errors, incorrect information, or content published by restaurants.
TuMenu strives to keep the platform available, but does not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions or technical failures.
TuMenu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication.
