How do orders reach you outside the venue?
External orders come in when customers access your menu from outside the restaurant — a link on social media, Google, a QR code on your packaging, or a message you shared.
With Essential Plan (WhatsApp): the customer builds their order in the menu and sends it via WhatsApp. The message goes directly to the restaurant's chat.
With Pro Plan (Integrated Checkout): the customer confirms their order directly in the menu. The order enters your management panel automatically with all the details: name, items, and quantities. From there you confirm, prepare, and update the status through to completion.
