Every order confirmed through Integrated Checkout (Pro Plan) enters the panel automatically with full details: customer name, items, quantities, and any additional notes. That gives your team more order, more context, and a more predictable operation from the start.

Step-by-step operational flow

  1. Order arrives in the panel with full customer details and selected items.
  2. You open it, review, and confirm — the customer gets an automatic notification.
  3. Status moves to "In preparation" and the kitchen sees the update.
  4. You update to "Ready" or "Delivered" as the order progresses.
  5. Full history stays available for reporting and follow-up.
