We collect data required to operate the service: business name, email, account access data, subscription data, and, when ordering features are used, end-customer data such as phone number, address, and email.

Credentials and sensitive data are stored with encryption and reasonable security controls. Access to order-related data is limited to the restaurant receiving the order and the user placing it through the enabled flow.
3. Use of information
Information is used for service operations, support, usage analytics, and platform security. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Data storage
Data is stored in secure infrastructure. For operational, administrative, and audit purposes, historical records may be retained even when some records are functionally deactivated.
5. User rights
Users may request updates or corrections to their data by contacting contact@tumenu.promo.
6. Changes in privacy policy
TuMenu may update this policy to reflect functional, operational, or legal changes. Updates become effective upon publication on the website.
7. Mise assistant and AI features
If you use the Mise assistant or other TuMenu artificial intelligence features (importing your menu, translating your menu, generating or reviewing photos of your dishes, reviewing the orders you receive through your menu), the messages you write, the files and images you send and the details of the orders you receive are processed by external artificial intelligence providers, solely to provide you with those services. The chat history with Mise is kept for as long as your account exists and is deleted along with it.
