Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the TuMenu platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Service description

TuMenu is a digital platform for restaurants and food businesses that enables digital menu management, ordering flows (Tray mode, WhatsApp checkout, and Integrated In-Menu Checkout), and real-time order operations according to each plan and product availability.

3. Account registration and use

To use the service, the user must create an account providing true and updated information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out from their account.

4. Subscriptions, payments and service access

Access to features requires an active subscription. Some add-on capabilities may be billed separately. In particular, AI image regeneration may require separate credit-based charges. If payment is not detected or a subscription is canceled, the account is not deleted, but access to features may be restricted until payment is regularized.

5. Assisted menu upload

The client may request the assisted menu upload service, which consists of the initial upload of products, categories, variants, and any other information provided by the client for publication on the platform. This service may carry an initial charge separate from the monthly subscription, which will be informed at the time of the request. If the client continues with the subscription after the free trial period ends, the amount paid for the assisted upload will be automatically credited on the first paid invoice. If the client decides not to continue with the subscription after the free trial period ends, the amount paid for the assisted upload will not be refundable, since it corresponds to a service already rendered.

6. Technical support

TuMenu offers technical support via email (contact@tumenu.promo) and WhatsApp (+54 9 11 5052 8923). Support is provided within reasonable hours.

7. User content

Users are responsible for their restaurant operations and content inside the platform (including pricing, availability, order handling, preparation, and customer communication). TuMenu provides the technology layer and is not liable for operational delays, cancellations, fulfillment issues, or internal restaurant processes.

8. Service availability

TuMenu makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. TuMenu does not guarantee preparation, dispatch, or delivery times, which are solely controlled by each restaurant.

9. Modifications

TuMenu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication.
