How to set up promotions and specials on a digital menu with AI

A promotion that lives only on a poster or a social post gets lost fast. When it is inside your digital menu, guests see it right when they decide what to order, and you do not reprint anything when it ends. Two-for-one deals and combos are among the most common promotions in restaurants and bars.

Open the chat and describe the promotion in your own words: which dishes it covers, what you are offering and when it applies. Mise saves it with default values that you can adjust afterwards. Since a promotion is something your guests see, check the dishes, the price and the schedule in your account before you consider it ready.

A promotion can be scheduled for later, like a special for this Friday 6-9 pm or one particular weekend, and shows as active when its time comes. Each promotion runs for the window you set, from start to end, and does not repeat on its own: to run it on another date, schedule it again. In your account you can see whether each promotion is scheduled or active. To change dates, dishes or conditions, ask Mise in the chat or edit it by hand.

Check that the promotional price is the one you want, that the included dishes are the right ones and that the dates and hours make sense for your venue. Remember that reviewing AI-generated content is your responsibility. Mise asks for confirmation before deleting anything or making bulk changes.
